GLAZE FOOTWIPING BELTS
These belts are used to remove the glaze from the foot of the ware. These can be supplied in various grades of rubber and thickness.
The nylon bristled velour belt is now widely used for the removement of glaze from the foot giving a guaranteed depth of wipe also eliminating any plucking in the kiln. Only a squeegee blade is required on this belt.

BRUSSELS (Feb. 3, 2012)—The European Union General Court has rejected appeals by DuPont Co., Dow Chemical Co., and Denki Kagaku Kogyo K.K. against fines imposed by the EU for their participation in a cartel to fix prices of polychloroprene rubber.
