Sponges

Hand Sponges

Ceramic Hand Sponges for smoothing and fettling.

Sponge Shapes are cut to different shapes for various appllications i.e. Mould Making, Casting, Fettling, and Cup handle wiping.

Machine Sponges

A standard range are available in Honeycombs or Reticulated.  These sponges can also be slit, tapered, or profiled to your requirement.  Custom made machine sponges can be made to your specification.

Belt Sponges

These can be designed to any size, profile and material you require. 

 

Natural Sponges

Natural Sponges are available in Fine Faced and Honeycomb.  Applications range from Mould Making, Waresponging and Litho.  Most sponges are bleached, but are also available unbleached if required.

Soonge Sticks

Sponge Sticks are used for various fettling and sponging applications for example jug handles, teapot spouts and sponging down seams.
