Camthorne have the industry knowledge and products available to suit all your sealing and jointing needs – we offer a diverse and specialised range of rubber, sponge and non-asbestos materials for all applications. EPDM, neoprene, Viton, nitrile, polyurethane, silicone, butyl, Klinger & Phoenix non-asbestos, cork, and food-quality/FDA sheeting are just a small selection of materials within our scope of supply.

We are a leading UK gasket manufacturer, with materials to seal against all manner of media – whether solid, liquid or gas – under a range of temperature and pressure ratings. We carry tooling for an array of standard flange styles, enabling fast turnaround of parts and, importantly, reduced downtime of your equipment or machinery. Our waterjet cutting capability also means we can offer intricate profile shapes with low lead times – save money on otherwise expensive tooling costs for bespoke, prototype and small-batch orders, whilst maintaining the very highest level of accuracy and repeatability. How to measure gaskets

Our product range also encompasses moulded and extruded rubber profiles, including: O-rings, door and boot seals, U-channel, D-seal, draught excluders, glazing strips, bumpers, weather strip, sponge cord, PVC edge trim, and solid nitrile cord.

Camthorne offer an array of gland packing materials to suit the most demanding of rotary, reciprocating and static applications. Our products are designed and constructed to minimize maintenance costs, through the use of advanced packing fibres, reliable braiding methods, and quality lubrication. The dense, square-braided construction is available in a number of materials such as glass fibre, PTFE, PAN fibre, carbon fibre, Kevlar (Aramid) and Grafan. We can offer packing suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industry, through the full pH range, and for temperatures exceeding 1000°C.
