We offer a full range of sponge/foam products in rubber and plastic: Expanded Closed-Cell EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, Nitrile, PVC ect, also Open-Cell foams such as Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Polyether & Polyester ect, these materials are available in sheet/roll/strip and gasket form, plain or self adhesive.


SPONGE MATERIAL

PVC/Nitrile Sponge

Material Description: Closed cell, skin finish surfaces.
Spec: ASTM D1056-78-SBE41
Density 80-130 kg/M3. Temp 30 Deg to + 70 Deg Flammability, 4"/min to FMVSS302.
OIL, PETROL & WEATHER resistant: Black

Neoprene Sponge

Material Description: Closed cell, cell surface finish.
Spec: ASTM D1056-78-SCE-42:ASTM D1056MP
Density 120+30 kg/M3. Temp -40 Deg to + 100 Deg Flame Retardant to UL94HF-1
Good Recovery, OIL, WEATHER & OZONE resistant: Black

EPDM Sponge

Material Description: Closed cell, cell surface finish.
Spec: ASTM D1056-78-RE42: ASTM D1056-85-2A2-B2
Density: 100-180 kg/M3. Temp -40 Deg to + 100 Deg.
Good recovery, Not Oil resistant, High Ozone, WEATHER resistant: Black

 Natural Sponge

Material Description: Closed cell, cell surface finish.
Spec: ASTM D1056-85-2A2-B2.
Density 120-140 kg/M3.
Good recovery, DRY INDOOR applications: Black

PVC Sponge

Material Description: Various grades available. Open cell: Skin finish.
Densities from 100 kg/M3
GOOD WEATHER Resistance: Black or White

Silicone Sponge

Material Description: Closed Cell, SKIN finish.
Density: 190-310 kg/M3.
Working temp -60 Deg to 200 Deg.
Good UV & OZONE Resistance: Off White

FOAM MATERIALS

Polyethylene Foam

Material Description: Cross linked, Closed cell, cell surface finish.
Spec: DEF STAN 81-116 Grade C Available
Density 45 kg/M3. Temp -70 Deg to 110 Deg
OIL & WEATHER Resistant, Food Quality: Black or White

Polyurethane Foam

Material Description: Various grades available. Open cell, cell surface finish.

Typical Density 20-22 kg/M3
Temp: -15 Deg to + 105 Deg
Dry Indoor Applications, Combustion Modified Grades available: Black or White

Polyethylene Foam 2

Material Description: Cross linked, Closed cell, Cell surface finish.
Spec: DEF STAN 81-116 Grade A available.
Density 24 kg/M3. Temp -70 Deg to +95 Deg
OIL & WEATHER resistant, Food Quality: Black or White.
