CAMTHORNE VGIL

*The excellent thermal and chemical stability of exfoliated graphite combined with its unrivalled sealing characteristics make these the most versatile packings available.

*Suitable for steam,oils & fluids and a wide range of chemicals with the exception of strong oxidizing agents.

*The option inclusion of Inconel wire reinforces the packing at very high pressures and aids its removal minimizing maintenace downtime.

CAMTHORNE VK1L

*Made from tough, resilient Aramid fibre,VK1L is mainly used where used where resistance to abrasive media or excessive shaft vibration is necessary.

*The addition of PTFE increases chemical resistance whilst the employment of lubricants allows its use in both rotating and reciprocating applicatioins.

CAMTHORNE VT9

*Resistant to the strongest acids and alkalis along with virtually all other chemical media,VT9 is suitable for a wide variety of duties.

*Its inertness also makes it suitable for services where contamination of the media are unacceptable such as food uses.

*An additional lubricant may be added for run-in in pumping applications.

CAMTHORNE CELLULOSE PACKINGS

*Economical general purpose packings made from a variety of lubricated cellulose or vegetable fibres.

*Usually used in marine,Process water or hydraulic oil applications.

CAMTHORNE GLASS FIBRE PACKINGS

*Made from a unique, air textured, 6 micron glass fibre which combines thermal conductivity with strength and resilience to produce an economical general packing.

*The air textured structure allows the intermate addition of solid lubricants such as PTFE or graphite for enhanced chemical resistance or thermal conductivity.

*An additional lubricant may be added for run-in in pumping applications.

*The packings produced are suitable for use in LP steam, mild chemicals and all general services.

  BRUSSELS (Feb. 3, 2012)—The European Union General Court has rejected appeals by DuPont Co., Dow Chemical Co., and Denki Kagaku Kogyo K.K. against fines imposed by the EU for their participation in a cartel to fix prices of polychloroprene rubber.
