This sheeting is manufactured from FDA- approved natural rubber compounds to food quality standards with makes it suitable for contact with food and drink. It is also ideal for motor and marine gasket making and general-purpose sealing against water, sound and mechanical vibration.
White food quality Nitrile rubber is made from FDA approved ingredients, it has good resistance to oily and greasy food products and abrasion, making it ideal for gasket making, counter tops and skirting in areas of food processing, as well as pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing. This food-grade rubber has a plate (smooth) finish on both sides and can easily be cut to make your own custom gaskets using a sharp blade.
