PTFE is a premium performing plastic with many excellent properties including being able to operate between -200°c to + 260°c
PTFE sheet is a premium performance engineering plastic with excellent resistance to water, gases, oils, fuels and chemicals and is also very capable of operating at very high and low temperatures. PTFE sheet has superb electrical insulating properties and a very low coefficient of friction and is often used in food contact applications. It can be difficult to bond and isn’t suitable for wear application. Applications include; Slide bearings, insulators, rollers, washers, gaskets and seals. PTFE come in different variations such as strip, rod & sheet.
