About Water Jet Cutting
Our waterjet Cutting Machine allows for precision cutting with ultra-high-pressure water, capable of cutting through a variety of materials up to 100mm thick. Soft materials such as rubber, plastics and composites can be cut using water alone and hard materials like metal, ceramic, and stone can be cut by adding abrasive garnet.
This technology not only enhances our ability to deliver intricate, accurate cuts but also minimizes waste due to its precise, no-heat cutting process, making it an environmentally friendly choice.
We also cut a wide range of customer-supplied materials. Our pricing is determined solely by the machine operating time and associated equipment running costs. We frequently cut materials such as aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel, nylon, polycarbonate, glass, ceramics, stone, and leather.

(i.e. the width of the cut) means the amount of scrap material is reduced compared to other methods. Individual parts can be spaced much more closely together to reduce overall material usage.

Far fewer airborne dust particles, fumes and other contaminants are produced, and water from the cutting head can be re-circulated through the system.
