Delivery, Refunds & Returns
1. Delivery
We offer the following delivery options based on the size of your package.
- Royal Mail – Tracked 24 post (up to 4 kg)
- Parcelforce – Next working day delivery (up to 30kg)
- UPS – Next working day delivery ( up to 70kg)
- DX – Next working day delivery (up to 70 kg)
2. Returns Policy
100% 30 Day Money Back Guarantee – All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt.
After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Goods may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition, subject to the discretion of Camthorne Industrial Supplies Limited, we may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the product due to your mishandling of the item.
3. Return Postage
All returns, refunds or exchanges will incur a return shipping fee to be paid by you, the customer.
Items should be returned to: Unit A, Cinderhill Industrial Estate, Weston Coyney Rd, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 5LB. Your order number should be printed off and contained within your return package.
If you are returning part of an order, please follow the same process and you will recieve a partial refund for the selected items that are returned to us.
You may return your items using a postage method of your choice, however we always recommed to use a tracked and signed for service. Camthorne Industrial Supplies Limited will not be held liable for lost items during the returns process.
