We routinely produce a broad array of gasket types—including flange gasket to DIN, BS10, and ANSI B16.5 standards in both full face and inner bolt circle (IBC)
We will produce your gaskets in-house using the most suitable method for your design, including strip cutting, die-cutting, punching and CNC profile cutting technology, we can efficiently manage both low- and high-volume orders.Â
CNC Gasket Cutting
We offer CNC gasket cutting using our state-of-the-art ATOM Flashcut and Waterjet Cutting machines.
Gaskets can be produced directly from CAD files or drawings for precise, cost-effective production with no tooling costs and fast turnaround, allowing us to produce gaskets for emergency repairs and same day production.
How to Order Bespoke Gaskets
Select one of the shapes below as the foundation for your quote, then follow the steps to provide us with all the dimensions. Attach any drawings and CAD files such as DWG, DXF, STEP to the enquiry form. If your gasket shape doesn’t match any of the examples below use the custom gasket option.
Once we have received your completed form our team will reply with a quotation.
If you are unable to provide us with the dimensions or a drawing, we have the ability to photograph your gasket and then convert this image into a DXF file enabling our CNC machines to accurately reproduce the gasket.
